Our policies


  • Scheduling

    We understand that your free time is precious, therefore we recommend you reserve your appointment in advance. Weekends and Holidays do tend to book up quickly; to avoid disappointment we suggest scheduling 2-3 weeks in advance. However, don’t hesitate to call for any openings. We will do our best to accommodate you! We are closed on major holidays.

  • Confirmation Texts

    As a courtesy, we send a text 2 days prior to your appointment as well as day before. You are given the option to reply with “C” to confirm your appointment however you cannot cancel or change the appointment through text. If needing to do so, please contact us. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Due to personalized nature of our services, we begin preparing for your appointment well in advance of your arrival. All cancellations must be done 24 hours before your schedule appointment. If you cancel after the allotted time frame it will be considered a no show. We are understanding of emergencies, please communicate that with us prior.

  • Late Arrivals

    We have a 15 minute late arrival policy, if you have past the 15 minutes this will result in having to reschedule your appointment or your service time will be shortened.

  • No shows

    In the event that you do not show up to your appointment without contacting us, you will be unable to schedule any new appointments. You will be required to put down a 50% deposit of the service that you do book to reserve your spot. The deposit is non-refundable but does go towards your service. If more than 3 no shows are in your account, you will be asked to put down 100% deposit of any service that you book. The deposit is non-refundable but does go towards your service. Our service providers reserve those times for you, please put that into consideration.

  • Pricing

    Pricing and services offered are subject to change. 

  • Spa Attire

    Robes, towels, and slippers are provided for you during your spa visit. You are provided a locker during your visit to put personal belongings in. We recommend wearing something comfortable to leave in. Valuable items should be left at home. Selah is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

  • Expectant Mothers

    Please note that any heat treatments and spa facilities may not be suitable. We highly recommend that you consult with your doctor prior to your spa visit.

  • Infrared Sauna

    You may enjoy our spacious infrared sauna; please let us know 45 minutes in advance if you wish to use the sauna, complimentary with any spa service.

  • Health Considerations

    Please inform us of any medical condition or special needs prior to your service. If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, avoid any heat treatments. Skin care procedures and waxing services have specific contradictions related to pregnancy and prescription drugs.

  • Gratuities

    Gratuities are not included with any of our prices or gift cards. All gratuities are at the guest’s discretion. Our front desk will be happy to assist you with providing for you therapists.

  • Cell Phone Policy

    We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our guests as well as our service providers, we strongly request that all cell phones be switched to vibrate or silent. We also request that cell phone conversations during appointment times may be limited to those of an urgent or emergency nature. All cell phone conversations need to be taken outside of the lobby and reception area.

  • Children

    Due to the presence of extreme heat, chemical products, and professional equipment, as well as those who are here to relax, we do not feel our salon, or our spa is a safe place for unsupervised children.

  • Returns

    All gift cards and gift certificate sales are final. However, product must be returned within 7 business days with a receipt. You will be issued a credit.

  • Packages

    All packages are required to put down a 50% deposit. It is non-refundable however it does go towards your services.

  • Bridal Parties

    We would love to be a part of your big day! When scheduling the price will include your trial run and final. You are required to put down a 50% deposit for yourself and if so, the bridal party.
