Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Spa Guest
To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest, observe the Code of Conduct, act responsibly and be aware that common sense and personal awareness can help ensure your satisfaction, comfort and safety, as well as that of others. |

| As a spa guest, it's your responsibility to: |

Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns |

Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit |

Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect |
 |
Use products, equipment and therapies as directed |
 |
Engage in efforts to preserve the environment |
 |
Adhere to the spa’s published policies and procedures |

As a spa guest, you have the right to: |

A clean, safe and comfortable environment |

Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason |
 |
Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect |
 |
Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information |

Trained staff who respectfully conduct treatments according to |

treatment protocols and the spa’s policies and procedures |
 |
Ask questions about your spa experience |
 |
Information regarding staff training, licensing and certifi cation |

CANCELLATIONS:
As a courtesy to our other guests who would like to visit Selah, your scheduled time is important to us, after your 1st no show, your next scheduled appointment must be held with a credit card and will be charged 50% of your scheduled spa services, if you are not able to call and cancel 12 hours or more in advance. |

CHECK-IN:
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a spa consultation form and relaxing in the spa waiting room. Should you arrive late, your allotted time may be shortened to allow us to stay on schedule. |

CHILDREN:
While we love children, as a courtesy to other clients, we are unable to render spa services to guests accompanied by children. |

CELL PHONES:
Selah provides a relaxing environment for all to enjoy. Please turn off cellular phones upon entering the spa and salon area. |

GRATUITIES:
Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift cards. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. |

SAUNA AND SHOWERS:
Robes, slippers and towels are provided. |

MOTHERS TO BE:
Please note that some of our treatments or services containing heat are not suitable for the expecting mother. We highly suggest you consult your doctor prior to your spa visit. |

| Selah's Policy |
Gift certificates or gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash, you may apply them towards services, product or give them to a friend.
Unused and unopened product may be returned for in store credit within 10 days of purchase date, accompanied with receipt of purchase.
No cash refund on product.
We will gladly accept SpaFinder gift certificates for spa services. SpaFinder's are not applicable for salon services, gratuity or product.
